The Tea House has some private parking. If it is full when you arrive, there are three additional places to park within 100 yards – the San Juan Capistrano Train Depot and Parking Structure, as well as the Los Rios Historic Park (2 areas). Both are close and provide you an opportunity to view the grounds on your way to The Tea House!"
